The Historic Sewall-Belmont House to Serve as Main Venue for H4 Exhibition

The Making HerStory art series is proud to announce its newest alliance with the historic Sewall-Belmont House in Washington, DC.  SBH will serve as host to the main exhibition this year marking the first time Making HerStory will be held in Washington, DC.  In 2008, the series brought two exhibitions to the city marking its entry into the District of Columbia.  2009 will be the first time the main event is held outside of Baltimore, MD.  In addition to SBH, simultaneous exhibitions will be held at Peace & a Cup of Joe Cafe' (Baltimore, MD), which is the original home of the series, and Beanetics Coffee Roasters (Annandale, VA).

The 4th annual event will open to the public on March 1, 2009 marking the first day of Women's History Month.  Please stay logged in to our blog for details on new events and other cool information about women in the arts.
