Long time HerStory friend and past participant, Robin McDougal, will debut her new book, "Touch Me Here: Passionate Love Letters For the Seasons of Love" at the Baltimore opening of H4. Robin has graced us with her vivid photographs as a past participant in the visual exhibition, so we are delighted that she has chosen HerStory as the venue to debut her latest venture.
Touch Me Here is a collection of beautiful letters that speak to the one emotion shared by all--Love. The book combines the electric emotion of written love letters and the brilliance of Robin's fine art photographs. Robin's collection seeks to provide you with that "sweet nostalgic feeling as you recall the magic of your first kiss, the mixed emotions you get when you see your one true love, the depression of having unrequited love and the insatiable thirst of longing for someone you can't have."
Funds from the sale of this book will help Robin meet her goal of donating $250,000 for the National "Go Red for Women" movement and an additional $125,000 for the "Go Red for Women" movement of the Greater Washington Region. She is actively spreading the message, "Love Your Heart," to American women through e-GLAM Inc.'s Friendship Tour. Heart disease is the number one killer of women in America.
